Straight from the Source

To be truly authentic, we use only organic San Marzano tomatoes, picked at their peak ripeness for low acidity and a natural sweetness that caramelizes in intense heat. We import all our prosciutto, sopressata, and mortadella meats; Fontinella, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and Caciocavallo cheeses; and red and white wines from Campania.

True to tradition, our Mozzarella di Bufala is handmade from the delicious milk of water buffalo raised in the Campania region of southern Italy.
