Our pizzaioli are the keepers of the wood-burning flame. Master kneaders who shape our dough and give life to our authentic, artisan pizzas. They man our Forno a Legna (wood-fire oven) from early morning until after dark to bring you the most authentic and healthy pizzas in town.
Jonni Eucalitto and his uncle Chris Eucalitto were both trained by the Verace Pizza Napoletana Association (VPN), which maintains strict rules to ensure the authenticity of Neapolitan pizza.
